AI Workflows That Do The Busywork
AI automation for small businesses: chat bots that answer customers at midnight, workflows that follow up on every lead, and agents that handle the chasing nobody has time for. We build it around how you already work, connect it to your tools, and keep a person in charge of anything that matters.
Four Kinds Of AI Help
People say "AI" and mean four different things. Knowing which one you need is the difference between a tool that pays for itself and one nobody uses.
AI chat bot
Sits on your website and answers questions using your own information: services, prices, hours, policies. It collects a name and number and books the call. Use it when the same questions come in after hours and people will not wait until morning.
AI workflow
A fixed chain of steps that runs on its own when something happens. A form comes in, so it gets read, sorted, answered and logged. AI handles the parts plain automation cannot, like reading a messy message or drafting a reply. Use it when the steps are always the same and the problem is that people forget.
AI agent
Given a goal instead of a script. "Follow up on every quote that has gone quiet for five days." It looks at each case, decides what to do, uses your email, calendar or CRM to do it, and reports back. Use it when the work needs judgment about what comes next.
Internal tools
AI your customers never see. An assistant that answers staff questions from your own documents, a Monday summary of everything that came in, a voicemail turned into a task. Often the safest place to start, because a person reads everything before it leaves the building.

Do you do emergency calls on weekends?
Yes. We take emergency calls on Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 7pm. Is this for something happening right now?
Water heater is leaking.
Sorry to hear that. Turn off the cold water valve on top of the tank if you can reach it. Can I get your name and number so a technician can call you in the next few minutes?
Jamie, 904-555-0142
Thanks, Jamie. I have sent this to the on-call technician now. I am the automated assistant, so the next message will be a real person.

Workflows We Build
Most businesses do not need something exotic. They need one or two of these running reliably.
Lead follow-up
Every form, call and message gets a reply and a next step, the same day, whatever time it came in.
Quote chasing
Quotes that have gone quiet get a polite nudge on a schedule, and you are told which ones answered.
Appointment reminders
Confirmations, reminders and reschedules handled, with no-shows flagged so someone can call.
Review requests
Happy customers are asked at the right moment, with one tap to leave a review.
Intake to CRM
New customer forms read, sorted and filed in your CRM with the right owner, without anyone retyping.
Weekly report
One page every Monday: what came in, what was handled, what is still waiting on a person.
Content repurposing
One video or article turned into drafts for the week, ready for someone to approve.
Invoice reminders
Overdue invoices followed up politely and on time, so you are not the one chasing.

How We Build It, And Keep A Person In Charge
The tools are not the hard part anymore. Building something your team trusts and your customers are not annoyed by is.
01
One job at a time
We start with a single task that has a clear finish line. If we cannot say what done looks like, we do not build it yet.
02
Trained on your words
Your services, prices, policies and tone. It should sound like your front desk on a good day.
03
A person signs off
Money, complaints, anything medical or legal, anything sensitive goes to a human. We agree on that list in writing before launch.
04
Honest about what it is
A bot says it is automated. Nobody should feel tricked into thinking they were talking to a person.
05
Few connections
It connects only to the tools the job needs. Every connection is a door, so we open as few as possible.
06
Looked after every month
We read the real conversations, fix answers that missed and add the new questions. An AI nobody tends gets worse.
Three Ways To Start
Starting prices are shown. Your quote is fixed before we begin and depends mostly on how many tools the build has to connect to.

The questions we get
What is an AI workflow?add
An AI workflow is a set of steps that runs automatically when something happens in your business, such as a form being submitted, with AI handling the parts that need reading or writing. A common one reads a new lead, sorts it, drafts a reply for a person to approve, and logs it in your CRM.
What is the difference between an AI workflow and an AI agent?add
A workflow follows the same steps every time. An agent is given a goal and decides the steps for each case. Workflows are more predictable and cheaper to build, so most small businesses should start with one. Agents make sense when the task needs judgment that a fixed script cannot cover.
Will AI replace my staff?add
That is not what we build. We build systems that take the repetitive follow-up, sorting and reminding off your team so they can spend their time on customers. A person still approves anything that matters, and the people who know your business are the ones who make it work.
How much does an AI chat bot for my website cost?add
AI Starter starts at $1,500 for setup plus $300 a month. Setup covers training the bot on your services, hours and common questions, connecting it to your calendar and inbox, and testing it until it answers the way you would. The price goes up with the number of tools it has to connect to.
What does the monthly fee cover?add
We read the real conversations each month, fix answers that missed, add new questions customers are asking, and keep the connections to your calendar, forms and CRM working. The AI usage itself is small and billed at cost, so you can see exactly what it was.
What is the difference between AI Starter and AI Growth?add
AI Starter is a chat bot on your website that answers questions, captures leads, and books calls. AI Growth, from $4,500 plus $800 a month, adds agents that work behind the scenes: qualifying new leads, following up on quotes that went quiet, and sending you a weekly report of what was worked and booked.
Can I pay the setup fee in payments?add
Setup is half to start and half when it goes live. If the setup is over $2,500, which covers AI Growth and Custom Builds, the second half can be spread over two or three monthly payments, never more. The monthly fee is only collected once your bot is live. If an invoice runs more than 10 days late, we pause it until it is caught up.
What is a Custom Build?add
Software built around how your business runs: client portals, tracking tools that replace spreadsheets, or multi-step AI agents across your team's workflow. Builds start at $7,500 and are scoped with you before any work begins, with a fixed price and a written list of what you get. We run two products of our own this way.
