Reputation management

Look As Good Online As You Are In Person

Reputation management for local businesses: your Google Business Profile, your reviews and your replies, looked after so that what people find when they search your name matches the business you actually run.

Why This Matters

You already have an online reputation. The only question is whether anyone is looking after it.

People look you up before they call

Search your business name and look at what comes up: a box with your stars, your hours, your photos and what strangers said about you. For a local business that box is the first impression, often before anyone reaches your website.

Silence reads as an answer

A complaint with no reply looks like you did not care, even if you fixed it in person the same day. A profile with no new photos or posts looks like a business that might have closed. Nobody tells you they noticed. They just pick someone else.

A few reviews carry too much weight

With only a handful of reviews, one unhappy customer can define you. With a steady flow of real ones, a bad day reads as a bad day. The fix is not hiding the complaint. It is making sure your happy customers are heard too.

When Do You Need Us?

Not every business does. These are the moments when it is worth a call. If one of them sounds like your week, that is the point.

A bad review is the first thing people see

A one-star review from last spring is still sitting at the top of your profile with no reply. You were told about it, you meant to answer, and you were not sure what to say without making it worse.

What we do · We write a calm, specific reply for you to approve, and start getting recent reviews from happy customers so it is no longer the newest thing there.

You do better work, and they have more reviews

You have been open twelve years and have a couple dozen reviews. The shop that opened two years ago has hundreds, and it shows up above you on the map.

What we do · We set up a simple, honest way to ask every happy customer, so your review count starts to reflect how long you have been doing good work.

Google has your hours wrong

A customer drove over on a holiday because Google said you were open. Or your old phone number is still listed. Or the map pin puts you a block away.

What we do · We correct the profile, match it to your website and the other places you are listed, and keep it current when things change.

You bought the business, or changed the name

The reviews are about the previous owner. Some are good and you would like to keep them. Some describe problems you have already fixed, and new customers do not know that.

What we do · We update the profile for the new ownership, reply to old reviews where it helps, and build a fresh record under your name.

Nobody has time to answer

Reviews, questions on your Google profile, comments and messages on social media. They come in every week, and they sit, because answering them is nobody's job.

What we do · It becomes our job. Routine replies go out in your voice, and anything sensitive comes to you first.

A review that is not real

Someone left one star and you have no record of them. Or it is clearly about a different business. Or a former employee is venting.

What we do · We flag it to Google with the reason. We will be straight with you: Google decides, and it does not always agree. We also reply so readers see your side.

One bad week

A staffing problem, a supplier issue, a post that went sideways. Three or four complaints landed close together and now it looks like a pattern.

What we do · We help you respond quickly and honestly, in the right order, without getting into an argument in public.

You are about to spend on ads or a new website

You are getting ready to pay for traffic. Every one of those visitors will check your reviews before they call.

What we do · Fix the profile and the reviews first, so the money you spend on ads lands on a business that looks as good as it is.

When you probably do not need us

  • You have a steady flow of recent reviews and someone already replies to them.
  • Your Google profile is complete, your hours are right, and you post to it now and then.
  • You get so few reviews that an hour a month would cover it. We will show you how and you can do it yourself.

What It Looks Like

The three parts of the work. The businesses, people and reviews shown are made up.

ReviewsExample
  • Dana R.★★★★★

Fixed our AC the same afternoon. Polite, on time, fair price.

Reply from the owner · Thank you, Dana. Glad we could get you cool again the same day. We will pass this on to Marcus.

  • T. Whitfield★★★★★

Waited two hours past my appointment window and nobody called.

Reply from the owner · You are right, and we are sorry. That is not the service we promise. Our manager will call you today to make it right.

  • Priya S.★★★★★

Good work. A little pricey, but they explained everything.

Reply from the owner · Thanks, Priya. We would rather explain the price than surprise you with it. We appreciate you saying so.

Every review gets a reply in your voice, the good ones and the hard ones. The reply is for the next person reading, as much as for the reviewer.

Asking for a reviewExample

Thanks for coming in today, Sam! If we took good care of you, would you mind leaving us a quick review? It helps a small business a lot. Leave a review

Happy to. You guys were great.

New review · Sam K.★★★★★

Friendly, fast, and they remembered my name. Will be back.

A real review, from a real customer, asked for the honest way.

Happy customers rarely think to leave a review on their own. Ask at the right moment and make it one tap. We set that up so it happens without anyone remembering.

What we will not do

We do not write fake reviews, pay for reviews, or promise to remove bad ones. Google decides what comes down. What works is asking happy customers at the right moment and answering every review like a person.

The questions we get

What is reputation management for a local business?add

It is keeping what people see about you online accurate and well looked after: a complete Google Business Profile, a steady flow of real reviews, and a reply to every one. For most local businesses, Google reviews are the part customers read before they call.

When does a small business need reputation management?add

When what people find online no longer matches the business: a bad review sitting unanswered, wrong hours on Google, far fewer reviews than a newer competitor, or reviews and messages nobody has time to reply to. It is also worth fixing before you spend on ads, since every visitor checks your reviews first.

How much does Google Business Profile management cost?add

Setup is a one-time fee from $450 per location. Ongoing management starts at $300 a month and covers weekly posts, photo uploads, replies to every review, answers to customer questions, and a monthly report on views, calls and direction requests.

Can you remove a bad review?add

Not on request. Only Google can remove a review, and only if it breaks their rules, such as spam or a review of the wrong business. We can flag those. For a real complaint, a calm, specific reply does more for the next reader than removal would.

How do I get more Google reviews?add

Ask happy customers right after a good experience, and make it one tap. We set up a short review link, add it to your receipts, texts and emails, and show your team when to ask. We never write or buy reviews. That breaks Google's rules and can get a profile suspended.

Do you reply to reviews as me?add

Yes, in your voice. We agree on the tone up front, reply to routine reviews ourselves, and send anything sensitive to you before a word goes out. You can read every reply in the monthly report.
