Got an Idea? We Bring It to Life.
Custom app development for businesses, families and groups. You bring the idea, in whatever shape it is in. We turn it into a real app on your phone, usually in one to two months, with a website included.
From a Sentence To an App on Your Phone
This is the whole process in four steps. Pick an idea and watch it happen.
What you tell us
“I want my crew to clock in from the job site, and I want to see who is where without calling anyone.”
It starts as a sentence
No specs. No tech talk. Just what you wish existed.
Example ideas to show the process. Yours will look like yours.
Bring It However You Have It
You do not need a business plan, a spec, or a designer. People come to us with one of these four things, and every one of them is enough to start.
A sentence
"I wish there was an app that..." is a complete brief. Plenty of good apps started exactly there.
A sketch on paper
Boxes and arrows on a napkin or a whiteboard photo. If you can draw what you want to tap, we can build it.
A spreadsheet that outgrew itself
The file everyone is afraid to touch, with tabs and colors and one person who understands it. That is an app waiting to happen.
An app that almost works
You use something that does most of what you need and fights you on the rest. Tell us what you would change.
Whatever Your Mind Can Come Up With

You bring the idea. We bring the rest.
We Have Been the Person With the Idea
We build and run apps of our own, so we know what it is like to have something in your head that does not exist yet. That is why we work the way we do.
01
You do not need to speak tech
You describe what you want it to do in plain words. Turning that into screens, logins and data is our job.
02
You see it early
Within the first few weeks you are tapping through a real version on your own phone, not looking at slides.
03
It is yours
Your idea stays your idea. We can host the app for you or set it up on your own accounts, and the code is handed over once the build is paid in full.
04
We will be honest about it
If your idea already exists as a cheap app, we will tell you to use that. If it is bigger than your budget, we will show you the smallest version worth building.
Three Sizes Of Build
Scope decides the number, so these are ranges. You get a fixed price and a written list of what is included before any work starts.

Why the Price Is What It Is
You have probably heard that AI makes apps cheap to build. That is half true, and here is the honest version.
Where the savings come from
We build with AI-assisted tools. The routine code that used to eat most of a build now gets written quickly, which is why a build takes one to two months and why the price starts at $5,000.
Where the time still goes
Working out exactly what the app should do, testing it the way real people will use it, fixing the edge cases, your two rounds of changes, and Apple and Google's review. None of that got faster, and it is most of the work.
Why it is a range
Two apps that sound alike can be very different builds: who logs in, whether money moves through it, what it has to connect to. You get one fixed number in writing before we start, and it only changes if the list does.
Two Ways To Run It
Once it is built, it has to live somewhere. Pick whichever suits you; you can decide at the end.
We host it for you
From $149 a month
It runs on our accounts and we keep it running: hosting, backups, security updates, monitoring, and an hour of fixes or small changes each month. Nothing for you to manage. Best if you want an app, not a technology project.
Your own developer account
Set up included
We set up the accounts in your name (Apple is $99 a year, Google Play is $25 once, hosting is billed to you at cost) and launch the app there. The accounts and the store listing are yours from day one, and the code is handed over when the build is paid in full. Care is optional.
How a Build Goes
One to two months, start to finish. Here is what happens in them.
Week 1
Pin it down
One call to get the idea out of your head and onto a page: who uses it, what it has to do on day one, and what can wait. You get a fixed price and a written list of what is in.
Weeks 2 to 3
First working version
You get a link to a version you can tap through on your own phone. Not a mockup: the real thing, early. This is where most changes happen, and it is cheap to change now.
Weeks 4 to 6
Build it out and test it
Logins, payments, notifications, the edge cases. We test it the way your users will break it. Bigger apps and store apps take the longer end of this.
Launch
Live, with a website
The app goes live, the website for it goes up, and for store apps we handle Apple and Google's review. Then we either keep running it or hand you the keys.
How You Pay For It
Half to start and half when it is done, with a payment plan if you need one. No financing forms and no surprise invoices.
To start
Half Up Front
Every project starts with half of the fixed price as a deposit. That books your spot, and work starts when it is paid. You have the price and the list of what is included in writing before you pay anything.
When it is done
The Other Half
The other half is due when your app is finished and live. Nothing is billed in between unless you ask for something that was not on the list, and we quote that first.
Once it is live
Monthly Fees Start At Launch
Monthly fees are only collected once your app is live. If we host it, care is from $149 a month. If it runs on your own accounts, there is no monthly from us unless you want one.
Builds over $2,500
Need To Spread It Out?
Any one-time build over $2,500 can go on a payment plan. You still pay half as the deposit to start. We break up the other half over two or three months, never more. It is there to help you spread the spending, and it does not delay your launch. Every app build qualifies.
- Example: a $10,000 build
- Deposit to start
- $5,000
- Then over two months
- $2,500 a month
- Or over three months
- about $1,667 a month
If a payment is missed
Invoices are due within 7 days. If one is more than 10 days late, we pause the app we host for you until it is caught up. Nothing is deleted, and it comes back on when the bill is paid. If the app runs on your own accounts, the code is handed over once the build is paid in full.
That is the whole policy. It is also why we can ask for half up front and not the full price, and why we can offer a payment plan at all.
The questions we get
I have an app idea but no technical background. Where do I start?add
Start by telling us what you wish existed, in plain words. A sentence, a sketch on paper or a messy spreadsheet is enough. On a free 30-minute call we work out who would use it, what it has to do on day one, and what size of build it is. You do not need a spec or a designer.
Will you tell me if my app idea is not worth building?add
Yes. If something cheap already does what you want, we will point you to it. If the idea is bigger than your budget, we will show you the smallest version that is still useful. We would rather lose a project than build something you will not use.
Is my idea safe with you?add
Your idea stays yours. We do not reuse a client's concept or share it, and we are glad to sign a confidentiality agreement before you tell us anything. Once the build is paid in full, the code is handed over if you want to run it on your own accounts.
How much does it cost to build a custom app?add
A simple app that does one job runs $5,000 to $9,000. A business app with accounts, a dashboard, and payments or booking runs $10,000 to $20,000. An iPhone and Android app in the stores runs $18,000 to $35,000. You get a fixed price before we start, and every build includes a website for the app.
How long does an app take to build?add
Most builds take one to two months. A simple app is about 4 weeks, a business app is 6 to 8, and a store app is 8 to 10 because Apple and Google each review it before it goes live. You see a working version on your own phone in the first two to three weeks.
Why is this less than other app developers quote?add
We build with AI-assisted tools that write the routine code quickly, so the hours go into design, testing and the details instead of typing. That shortens a build from many months to one or two. It does not make it instant: testing, store review and getting it right still take real time.
Who owns the app, and where does it run?add
You choose. We can host it on our accounts from $149 a month and keep it running for you, or set up Apple, Google and hosting accounts in your name. Those accounts are yours from day one, and the code is handed over when the build is paid in full. Apple charges $99 a year and Google $25 once.
How do I pay for an app build?add
Half of the fixed price is the deposit to start, and the other half is due when the app is done. If you need to spread it out, we break that second half into two or three monthly payments, never more, and it does not delay your launch. Monthly care, from $149, is only collected once the app is live.
What happens if I miss a payment?add
Invoices are due within 7 days. If one is more than 10 days late, we pause the app we host for you until it is caught up. Nothing is deleted, and it comes back on when the bill is paid. If the app runs on your own accounts, the code is handed over once the build is paid in full.
Can you build an app that is just for my family or a small group?add
Yes. Some of the most useful apps are private: a shared family planner, a paperwork and bills hub, a team roster, a club directory. These are usually Simple App builds from $5,000, with logins only for the people you invite, and they do not need to go through the app stores.
Tell Us the Idea
Thirty minutes, no cost. You describe what you want it to do, and we tell you which size of build it is and whether an app is even the right answer.
