Stop Renting Your CRM. Own It.
You can buy a seat on one of the big CRM platforms, or you can own a CRM built around how your team actually sells. We build the second kind, and we run our own business on one.

Rent One Or Own One
There are two honest ways to get a CRM. Both are good answers for the right business, and we will tell you which one you are.
Option one
Subscribe to a SaaS CRM
HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive and the other well-known platforms are solid software. You sign up, pay each month for every person who uses it, and work the way the product was designed. If it fits how you sell, it is the fastest way to start, and we will say so.
Option two
Own your CRM
We build a CRM that matches your business: your pipeline stages, your fields, your rules for who can see what. You pay for the build once. After that the only ongoing cost is CRM Care, which keeps it running on our servers, and even that is optional.
Renting a SaaS CRM
Owning yours
What you pay
Rent: A monthly fee for every user, for as long as you use it. More people means a bigger bill.
Own: A one-time build price. Add as many users as you want without the price going up.
How it fits
Rent: Built for thousands of companies. You learn its way of working and switch off what you do not need.
Own: Built around your stages, your fields and your follow-up rules. Nothing extra on the screen.
Features
Rent: A long list, with the ones you want often on a higher plan.
Own: Only what your team uses, and new features added when you ask for them.
Your data
Rent: Lives in the vendor's system. You can usually export it, in their format.
Own: Yours. Export it any time, and the code can be handed over too.
Getting started
Rent: Fast. Sign up today and start typing.
Own: A few weeks to build, with your current leads imported for you.
Best for
Rent: A team whose process matches the software, or one that needs to start this week.
Own: A team paying for seats and features it does not use, or running sales from spreadsheets.
What Goes Inside
Every build starts from these, then we add or remove to match how you work.
Pipeline board
Every lead on one board, in your stages. Drag to move, and the totals keep up.
Daily call list
A morning list of who to contact and why, built from follow-up dates and what is going quiet.
Imports with duplicate checks
Bring in spreadsheets of leads. Matches by email, phone and company are caught before they land.
Owner and rep logins
Owners see everything. Reps see what you decide they should. Each person has their own login.
Full history on every lead
Calls, notes, emails and stage changes in one timeline, so anyone can pick up where a teammate left off.
Overlap alerts
If two reps are about to work the same company, the CRM says so, with who has it and when they last called.
A daily summary
A short digest on screen each morning: what came in, what is due, what is overdue.
Export any time
Your leads and activity out to a spreadsheet whenever you want, no request needed.
What You Get
A fixed price and a written list of what is included before any work starts. Scope decides the number.
Custom CRM Build
From
Scoped with you
A CRM your team will open every day, because it matches how you already work: your stages, your fields, your follow-up rules.
- Pipeline board you drag leads across
- Import your lead lists, with duplicates caught
- A daily list of who to call next
- Logins for owners and reps, each seeing what they should
- Notes, call log and history on every lead
- Export your data any time
CRM Care
From
Starts when it is live
Hosting, backups and updates handled, with time each month for the small changes every sales team asks for.
- Runs on our servers
- Daily backups and monitoring
- Security updates
- One hour of fixes or small changes a month
- Optional: we can move it to your own accounts
After It Is Built: Three Ways To Run It
You own the CRM either way. The only question is who keeps it running.
Most teams
Stay on CRM Care
From $149 a month, it runs on our servers and we keep it running: hosting, daily backups, security updates, monitoring, and an hour of fixes or small changes every month. You never think about it.
When you are ready
Transition off the plan
Want to run it yourself? We plan the move with you: set up accounts in your name, move the CRM and its data across, and hand over the code once the build is paid in full. No lock-in, and no penalty for leaving.
Off the plan
Pay as you need us
Without a care plan, hosting and upkeep are yours. When you want a fix, a new feature or a hand with something, we are still here. That work is billed as a service fee, quoted before we start, since there is no monthly plan covering it.
How a Build Goes
Four steps, and you see a working version early.
01
Map how you sell
One call where you walk us through a lead from first contact to signed. We write down your stages, your fields and who does what.
02
Fixed price, in writing
You get a price and a list of exactly what is included before any work starts. Half to start.
03
A working version early
Within the first couple of weeks you are clicking through the real thing with your own leads in it. This is where most changes happen.
04
Launch and train
Your team gets logins and a walkthrough. We stay close for the first weeks while real use shakes out the rough edges.
Want it to follow up on its own? See AI agents that work inside a CRM.
How You Pay For It
Half to start and half when it is done, with a payment plan if you need one. No financing forms and no surprise invoices.
To start
Half Up Front
Every project starts with half of the fixed price as a deposit. That books your spot, and work starts when it is paid. You have the price and the list of what is included in writing before you pay anything.
When it is done
The Other Half
The other half is due when your CRM is finished and live. Nothing is billed in between unless you ask for something that was not on the list, and we quote that first.
Once it is live
Monthly Fees Start At Launch
Monthly fees are only collected once your CRM is live. If we host it, care is from $149 a month. If it runs on your own accounts, there is no monthly from us unless you want one.
Builds over $2,500
Need To Spread It Out?
Any one-time build over $2,500 can go on a payment plan. You still pay half as the deposit to start. We break up the other half over two or three months, never more. It is there to help you spread the spending, and it does not delay your launch. Every CRM build qualifies.
- Example: a $7,500 build
- Deposit to start
- $3,750
- Then over two months
- $1,875 a month
- Or over three months
- about $1,250 a month
If a payment is missed
Invoices are due within 7 days. If one is more than 10 days late, we pause the CRM we host for you until it is caught up. Nothing is deleted, and it comes back on when the bill is paid.
That is the whole policy. It is also why we can ask for half up front and not the full price, and why we can offer a payment plan at all.
The questions we get
How much does a custom CRM cost for a small business?add
Our custom CRM builds start at $7,500, with a fixed price and a written scope before work begins. If we host it, care starts at $149 a month for hosting, backups, updates and an hour of changes. The final price depends on how many roles, integrations and reports you need.
Should I build a custom CRM or use HubSpot or Salesforce?add
If an off-the-shelf CRM fits how you sell, use it. It will be cheaper to start. A custom build makes sense when you are paying per seat for features nobody uses, bending your process around the software, or running sales out of spreadsheets because the CRM is too much.
What is CRM Care, and do I have to stay on it?add
CRM Care is the monthly plan that keeps your CRM running on our servers: hosting, daily backups, security updates, monitoring, and an hour of fixes or small changes. It starts at $149 a month. It is optional. You own the CRM, and you can move off the plan whenever you want.
What happens if I leave the care plan?add
We help you transition. We set up accounts in your name, move the CRM and its data across, and hand over the code once the build is paid in full. After that, hosting and upkeep are yours. If you want our help later, that work is billed as a service fee, quoted before we start.
Can you move our existing leads into it?add
Yes. We import your spreadsheets or exports from your current tool and catch duplicates on the way in, by email, phone and company. You see the import before it is final, so nothing lands in the wrong place.
Who owns the CRM and the data?add
You own your data, and you can export it at any time. We can host the CRM on our accounts and keep it running, or set it up on accounts in your name. On your own accounts, the code is handed over once the build is paid in full.
Can sales reps see each other's leads?add
That is your call, and we build it either way. A common setup is that owners see everything, reps see their own pipeline, and the CRM flags when two reps are about to contact the same company so nobody steps on a deal.
