A Website That Does a Job
Website design and development for local businesses. AI can make something that looks like a website. We build one that is connected, tested, found by search engines and AI tools, and looked after. Priced by the page, so you only pay for pages you need.
AI Can Build A Website. Here Is The Honest Version.
You have seen the ads, and they are not lying. So it is fair to ask why you would pay anyone. Here is a straight answer.
Yes, AI can build you a website
AI website builders are real, and they are getting better every month. Type a description of your business and you will have something that looks like a website in a few minutes. For a brand-new business that needs a page up this week, that is a fair place to start, and we will tell you so.
What it hands you is the front
What you get is the part people look at. What you do not get is everything behind it: a form that reliably reaches you, a booking tool that works, tracking that tells you which visits became calls, pages Google can actually read, and someone to call when it breaks on a Saturday.
Why companies like ours still exist
A website is not a picture. It is a working part of your business. Building the look is now the easy part. Connecting it to everything else, checking it, getting it found, and keeping it running is the job, and it is the part that decides whether the site brings you customers.
The business down the road with a properly built site has all of this working. To compete with them, yours needs it too. That is what we do: every cylinder firing, not just a nice front page.
All The Bells And Whistles, Actually Connected
This is the work a builder leaves to you. On every site we build, each of these is set up, tested and handed over working.
Domain and email
Your domain pointed correctly and secured, with your business email still working the day we launch.
Forms that reach you
Every form tested end to end, protected from spam, and delivered to your inbox or your CRM.
Booking and quotes
Online booking, quote requests or a calendar connected and tested on a phone.
Payments
If you sell or take deposits online, checkout set up and run with real test orders.
Analytics and call tracking
Set up to count what matters: calls, forms and bookings, not just visits.
Google Business Profile
Your profile linked to the site so your map listing and your website agree.
Speed on a phone
Pages built to load fast on a phone signal, because that is where most people will see them.
Security and backups
SSL, security updates and daily backups, so a bad day is an inconvenience and not a rebuild.
Found By Google, Bing, And AI Search
A site nobody can find is a brochure in a drawer. People now look in more places than Google: Bing, map apps, and AI assistants that answer the question for them. We set your site up for all of them.

The Legal Basics, Built In
The parts of a website nobody thinks about until there is a complaint. They are part of how we build, not an extra.
Privacy policy and terms
Pages that say what your site collects and how it is used, written for the tools your site actually runs.
Cookie and tracking consent
A consent notice where your tracking calls for one, set to the privacy-friendly option by default.
Accessibility
Built to recognized accessibility guidelines: readable contrast, text descriptions on images, forms that work with a keyboard and a screen reader.
Form and message consent
Clear wording on forms about how you will contact people, which matters most if you text or email your leads.
A plain note: we are marketers and builders, not attorneys. We cover the standard requirements a small business site should meet. If you work in a regulated field such as healthcare, finance or law, we will point out what your own counsel should review before launch.

Happy on Squarespace, Wix, WordPress or Shopify? We redesign inside it for a one-time fee and you keep your subscription.
Site Refresh $1,950
Up to 5 pages redesigned and rewritten inside Squarespace, Wix, WordPress or Shopify. You keep your subscription and your logins; the site just stops looking like 2019.
Site Rebuild $3,500
Up to 8 pages with a new structure, on the platform you already pay for. For sites where the bones are the problem, not just the paint.
What a monthly gets you
- Squarespace: about $23 to $36 a month, and you build and update it.
- Managed WordPress: about $25 to $45 a month before plugins, and updates are on you.
- Our care plans: $49, $79 or $129 a month with hosting, backups, security, and your changes made for you.
- Our hosting only: $19 a month if you just want it online. Changes are billed as needed.
Extra pages are $300 each on any option. Online stores are quoted, from about $5,000. Your domain (about $15 a year) and email stay yours.
How You Pay For It
Half to start and half when it is done, with a payment plan on bigger builds if you need one. No financing forms and no surprise invoices.
To start
Half Up Front
Every project starts with half of the fixed price as a deposit. That books your spot, and work starts when it is paid. You have the price and the list of what is included in writing before you pay anything.
When it is done
The Other Half
The other half is due when your site is finished and live. Nothing is billed in between unless you ask for something that was not on the list, and we quote that first.
Once it is live
Monthly Fees Start At Launch
Monthly fees are only collected once your site is live. The care plan is $49, $79 or $129 depending on the site. A redesign on your own platform has no monthly from us.
Builds over $2,500
Need To Spread It Out?
Any one-time build over $2,500 can go on a payment plan. You still pay half as the deposit to start. We break up the other half over two or three months, never more. It is there to help you spread the spending, and it does not delay your launch. That covers Business Site, Growth Site and Site Rebuild. Launch Site and Site Refresh are under $2,500, so they are simply half and half.
- Example: a $5,000 build
- Deposit to start
- $2,500
- Then over two months
- $1,250 a month
- Or over three months
- about $833 a month
If a payment is missed
Invoices are due within 7 days. If one is more than 10 days late, we pause the site we host for you until it is caught up. Nothing is deleted, and it comes back on when the bill is paid.
That is the whole policy. It is also why we can ask for half up front and not the full price, and why we can offer a payment plan at all.
The questions we get
Can I build my own website with AI?add
Yes. AI website builders can produce a decent-looking site in minutes, and for a brand-new business that can be a reasonable start. What they do not do is connect and test your forms, booking, analytics and listings, handle privacy and accessibility basics, or submit the site to search engines. That is where most do-it-yourself sites fall short.
Why hire a web design company if AI can do it?add
Because the look is the easy part now. A site earns its keep through what is connected behind it: forms that reach you, tracking that shows which visits became calls, pages search engines can read, and someone responsible when something breaks. A company's job is to make all of that work together and keep it working.
How do you make sure my website gets found?add
We submit your sitemap to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, link your Google Business Profile, add structured data that tells search engines what your business is, and leave the site open to AI crawlers with your facts stated plainly. Nobody can guarantee a ranking, but nothing will be standing in the way.
Does my website meet legal requirements?add
We build in the basics every business site should have: a privacy policy and terms pages, a consent notice where tracking calls for one, and accessibility built to recognized guidelines. We are not attorneys, so for a regulated field such as healthcare, finance or legal services, we flag what your own counsel should review.
How much does a small business website cost?add
Launch Site is $1,500 for one page, Business Site is $3,500 for up to 6 pages, and Growth Site is $5,500 for up to 12 pages with a blog and booking. Each includes the writing, Google setup, and a care plan from $49 a month. Extra pages are $300 each. Online stores are quoted, from about $5,000.
What does the monthly care plan cover?add
Hosting, SSL, daily backups, security updates, and a set amount of changes made by us each month: 30 minutes on the $49 plan, 1 hour at $79, and 2 hours plus a quarterly check-in at $129. Bigger changes are quoted first. Your domain, about $15 a year, and your email stay in your name.
Is your hosting cheaper than Squarespace or WordPress?add
Hosting on its own is $19 a month, less than Squarespace at about $23 to $36 or managed WordPress at $25 to $45 before plugins. Most clients choose a care plan instead, from $49 a month, because it includes the updates and changes you would otherwise do yourself. Hosting-only changes are billed as needed, with a $50 minimum.
Can you redesign my existing Squarespace, Wix or WordPress site?add
Yes. A Site Refresh is $1,950 for up to 5 pages redesigned and rewritten inside your current platform, and a Site Rebuild is $3,500 for up to 8 pages with a new structure. You keep your subscription and logins. Wix and older WordPress themes can take longer, and we will say so up front.
How do I pay for a website, and what if I miss a payment?add
Half is the deposit to start and half is due when the site is done. On a build over $2,500, that second half can be spread over two or three monthly payments without delaying your launch. The care plan is only collected once the site is live. If an invoice is more than 10 days late, we pause the site until it is caught up.
What counts as a page, and why price by the page?add
A page is one screen with its own address: home, services, about, contact. Each one has to be written, laid out, checked on a phone, and titled for Google, so pages are where the work is. Pricing this way means you only pay for pages you need, and a good three-page site beats a padded eight-page one.
Not Sure What You Need?
Send us your current site, or tell us you do not have one. We'll tell you honestly whether it needs a rebuild or just a refresh.
