Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, MailerLite, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, and Shopify Email. If you use something else, we can usually still work with it — ask.

Do you write the copy from scratch or use templates?add

From scratch, every time. We interview you on brand voice during the kickoff call and write copy that sounds like your brand, not a template you'd find on a Substack.

What if I don't have an email platform yet?add

We'll recommend one based on your business (Klaviyo for ecommerce, ConvertKit/MailerLite for service businesses, Mailchimp for general). Setup is included if you don't have an account.

Will my emails go to Spam?add

Not if your domain auth is right. Part of every flow includes verifying your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records — and warming up the sending domain if it's new.

What's the difference between Welcome Flow and Full Funnel?add

Welcome Flow is just the 3-email intro for new subscribers. Full Funnel adds abandon-cart sequences (for ecommerce) AND a nurture sequence for cold leads — three automations instead of one. Most product brands want Full Funnel.
